3/1/2010 - Video
I MADE IT!!! Apparently there was an error on the Threadknits site, and they reopened the contest, and I got my entry submitted, plus another entry, which I will post tomorrow.
Well, had I been on time, this is what I would have entered for the Threadknits Crochet and Knit Contest. For some reason, I thought I had an extra day. Then, when I realized it was due today, I thought I had an extra 10 1/2 hours. To put it bluntly I was exactly a day late and an hour short!!!
Regardless, I will post my creation here, as I am very proud of it. It took quite a bit of fiddling to get it right. The wolf gave me the most grief!! Anyway, this “piece” is called “Quit Howling at Me”, and is based on a T-shirt design that Threadless.com has. And while it won’t receive any glory from Threadknits, it’s a winner with my daughter, who is almost 3, and has wanted it for quite awhile. I’ll be hanging it in her room.
